Our 23cm and 30cm rolling pins (this is the barrel measurement) have a 6cm diameter barrel and feature rotating handles and a sturdy nylon bushing. All our pins are deeply engraved, then oiled with a food grade mineral oil to preserve the timber against moisture. This oil needs to be reapplied every 6 months or so. Liquid paraffin is suitable, but vegetable oils are not as they can become rancid.
Our premium rolling pins have a barrel that is 33cm long and 7cm in diameter, and feature an extra strong steel rod between the rotating handles and stainless steel ball bearings. This gives the rolling pin added weight and ensures a deep pattern to your clay. All our pins are deeply engraved, ensuring good transfer of the pattern to your clay.
All our pins are made to order, and our usual turn around is approximately 1 week. We will email you or contact you if there is any variation to this.
